Couple of things that stick out to me about your image: first, color. You've got a BLU member with a red mask, or RED member with a blue dress. Couldn't decide? And the bright green background clashes with the rest of it all. Plain green with a simple texture might have served the image better.
But you've got the perfect sneering look for her, and that cigarette holder is excellent.
